Role summary

As a key member of the front desk, you combine people skills with operational rigor. You love selling, advising, and creating a positive atmosphere. Every day is a chance to learn, grow, and meet people from all over the world.

Contract: Part-time – 20h/week (variable schedule, including evenings and weekends)
Location: On-site, Sterpenich (BE), at the Luxembourg border

Your missions

  • Welcome, inform, and guide customers throughout their journey

  • Manage check-ins, bookings, and changes

  • Answer questions and provide professional follow-up

  • Advise and sell our offers, gift vouchers, and shop products (merchandising)

  • Process payments securely; verify and adjust billing when needed

  • Prepare/assist with the organization of events (B2C/B2B)

  • Tidy and clean guest areas

  • Produce cash and end-of-day reports; pass on handover notes to the next shift

  • Apply procedures (safety, lost & found, emergencies) and keep useful lists up to date

What we’re looking for

  • Professional approach, positive attitude, strong customer service mindset

  • Commercial drive: you enjoy advising, persuading, and achieving targets

  • Team spirit, excellent organization, attention to detail

  • Comfortable in a sporty and event-driven environment, at a brisk pace

  • Languages: Excellent command of French AND English

  • Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/carry up to 5 kg unaided

  • Respect for quality standards and internal procedures
