LUXFLY Loyalty Card: collect points and enjoy free flights and discounts
General Terms of the LUXFLY Loyalty Program (via FidelityBox)
System Overview
LUXFLY Indoor Skydive uses the FidelityBox solution to manage its loyalty program.
Registration is free and immediate. At reception, simply provide your phone number, which will act as your loyalty card.
With this system, you earn points each time based on your profile: First Timer or SportFlyer.
You can track your points anytime via the FidelityBox app (available on iOS and Android). The app lets you check your balance, see available rewards, and manage your account.
General Functioning
The same phone number allows you to collect:
- First Timer points (for newcomers)
- SportFlyer points (for regular flyers and training)
Points are awarded according to the rules detailed below.
Points Attribution
First Timers:
- Only purchases made and paid for on site are considered.
- No points for online or phone purchases.
- Rate: €1 spent = 1 point
- The amount is rounded down (e.g. €208.95 = 208 points)
- Points are credited at the time of payment.
SportFlyers:
- Points are awarded only on the day of flight, before the session.
- No retroactive claims.
- Flyers must request points at reception before entering the tunnel - no exeptions
- Exception for flights after 8:00 PM
- If reception is closed, send a WhatsApp message to +32477528566 before your session with: your name, your phone number, date and time of your flight. Points will be added manually. No points will be granted if the message is sent after the flight.
Rewards
First Timers:
- 300 points: 1 free repeat flight (only valid as part of a booked session, cannot be used independently)
- 400 points: 5% discount on your next purchase
- 600 points: 10% discount on your next purchase
SportFlyers:
- 100 points: 1 minute of flight credited
- 500 points: 5 minutes of flight credited
- 1500 points: 15 minutes of flight credited
When you reach a reward threshold, a message appears on the FidelityBox tablet at reception.
Just inform reception of your choice, and your minutes or discount will be credited for your next visit.
Reward minutes must be used within 6 months.
Shared Sessions (SportFlyers)
- Points are based on the total flight time, not the number of participants.
- Example: 15-minute session with 4 people = 15 points in total
- No fractional points (no 0.5 points)
- Points can only be shared if all participants are present together at reception
- No delayed sharing is possible. If shared, it must be done in one go.
- Otherwise, one person may claim all the points.
Summary of the Rules
- Phone number = loyalty card
- First Timers earn points only for on-site purchases, rounded down
- SportFlyers must claim points before the session
- No retroactive points, except for flights after 20:00 with WhatsApp message sent beforehand
- Shared sessions: points given once only, no splitting later
- Rewards are accessible via the FidelityBox app or at reception
- Purchases made as part of a promotion do not entitle the buyer to loyalty points.
